Louisa was silent in her office with her eyes vacant and her head lowered. Her facial expression had hardened ever since. She was now sitting in her chair and facing it towards the office balcony. Her back to her desk and office door. The palm of her right hand tightly gripped a drinking glass filled with whiskey liquid. Her mind was still wandering. She tried to think clearly, but her efforts seemed futile. She didn't manage to get those images of Henry and Jane hugging out of her mind. All of that was very annoying and sickening.
