Chapter 37: Dungeon

KASTIEL'S POV:

I woke up to feel someone hugging me while I was carrying Kasriel so I looked at it. Carried by light from the torch which gives us light from outside the railing. Thud's bruised closed face startled me so I straightened up from leaning on him.

"Gising ka na?"

I winced at Thud's appearance as he could barely move because of the wounds and bruises he sustained on the soldiers when they brought us here to the dungeon. Thud protected us from harm that's why he got those bruises.

"Hindi mo kailangang gawing panangga ang katawan mo para lang protektahan kami, Thud."

He smiled at me as he caress his left waist. "It's my responsibility to protect the both of you. I'm ready to die, Kastiel until Boss and our colleagues track us."
