Henry Matthews didn't know his head was bleeding until he got to the car and Jake brought his attention to it. Henry's day wasn't over yet because he still had some afternoon/evening shoot to do so he couldn't go to his family's hospital to get checked as it was far and neither could he go the shoot with a bleeding head.
