"Sorry for interrupting your conversation. I just want to inform you that your items have been packed." The cashier cautiously approached Ula, confirming that the situation had returned to normal.

"Oh, thank you," Ula replied cheerfully. "How much did it cost in total?"

"Here are your items. Thank you for shopping at our store," the employee appeared, handing Ethan back his card. Ethan tucked the card into his pocket and, like a gentleman, picked up a few bags in place of Ula.
