Chapter 72

In the next 20 minutes Emily was seated at the restaurant waiting for Mira, despite Richards’ warning that she should not go out alone she still disobeyed him. She knew that she will be in trouble but she needed to see Mira urgently and talk to her.

Mira came and when she saw Emily she walked as fast as she could towards the table on which she was seated then hugged her so tightly.

“Girlfriend, sorry I am late but you called me when I was at the saloon .I am here now so don’t worry we will get to talk all about this things that are making you get worried.”

Emily has always felt that Mira was like a big sister to her and she looked upon her for ideas and advice.

“Mira I feel so helpless without him, he just got so furious because he saw me with Toby. The useless jerk came to my work place and up to now I still don’t know how he managed to find out. So Richard got so mad at me and he ended up sleeping in the study room and when dawn came he went to hang out with his friends.”
