Chapter 116

While on her way out of the building someone held her wrist abruptly and she was startled. It happened that Toby was waiting for her to come out so that he could talk to her. He knew that she would try to run away so he decided to wait in an obvious place.

“Toby what are you doing” she asked clearly offended while trying to withdraw her hands away. Honestly she didn’t like this at all, it didn’t look good.

He held up his hands and muttered softly, ”Emily just give me a few minutes of your time, there is a pending conversation that I feel that we must have.”

“What it is that Toby wanted to tell her?” she wondered. However the fact that he was calm and collected told her that he dint mean any harm so she readily accepted. Toby sighed with a relief and then showed her to the café.

When they were comfortably seated and she was waiting eagerly for what he intended to discuss with her, Toby wasn’t in a hurry so she promised herself that’s she wouldn’t rush him either but it was rather odd
