He suddenly got up from the chair and stared at the phone with a livid face.

The secretary happened to come in and reported to him respectfully, "Mr. Duncan, the board meeting will start in ten minutes."

Elliot's face darkened and he did not speak.

After a few seconds, he said, "I see. Go out first."

The secretary nodded and left.

Elliot took a deep breath, suppressed the irritation in his heart and dialed a number.

The phone was connected soon, and Lara's surprised voice came from the phone, "Elliot!"

"What are you doing?"

"Me?" Lara sat in the hospital, glanced at Sophia next to her and said with a guilty conscience, "Nothing. I'm in the crew..."

"In the crew? Ha! It seems that you still don't know what happened online."
