Caroline was out of anybody's control now, and the harsh words Daniel told her made her angrier on Jamima that she lifted a hand on her and shouted noisily, "Shut up, you bitch."
Everybody there panted, seeing her lifting hand on Daniel's own blood slave. Doing this, she was asking for her demise, yet since she was almost insane she really cared less about the outcome.
Her hand was going to land on her face, Seeing her hand coming toward her, Jamima shut her eyes as she flinched, yet before she could feel any torment somebody shouted angrily in a tyrannical voice.

Caroline's hand was halted by Daniel before it could hit Jamima. Jamima opened her eyes and saw Daniel standing among her and Caroline to shield her from getting a slap.
