“I don't think that will be necessary. The boys are gentlemen. I don't have any problems with them.” Chey laughed.

“Good. Good. Well, have a nice day.” He replied.

“You too sir.” She replied.

After lunch Chey was in her office when Mike walked in. He smiled as he walked in. He left the door open as not to make Chey uncomfortable.

"I have my newest case I need you to research.” Mike Palmer explained.

“Ok. I have Jay's case I'm finishing up so I'm not over loaded right now. I can get started right away. When's the court date?” Chey asked.

“About three months. The arraignment isn't until next week. So, no set date yet. I just wanted to get a jump start on it. I think this one will be complicated.” Mike explained.

“Well, that's good you have time. And I enjoy a good challenge.” Chey replied.

“Yes you do, as do I. Have you changed your mind yet?” He asked.

“No sir.” Chey denied.

“Well, that's a shame. But I respect your wishes. Good day Chey.” He replied.
