Charlie drove us down to a fastfood not too far from the police station, my heart wasn't settled as I keep thinking of what might be running through his mind. One of the major reasons I stayed away from trouble was to avoid having to put in any pressure on my adoptive parents.

I love the both of them too much to want to cause them any harm. But in all truth someone like Patrick does not deserve to be let off freely. Even if Alessia had made him manhandling her just to gain pity. He had proven her right by acting inappropriately with Ashley.
