Chapter Ninety-Four

Olivia's POV

I opened the box and my eyes met with a dazzling necklace flashing sparkle into my eyes.

Oh, Goddess!

It was silver!

I sighed heavily and plonked myself on the bed.

My eye drooped.

I stared keenly at it to be sure, but it wasn’t changing into any other color. It was real.

He got me a silver colored necklace, instead of gold.

Oh, geez!

I kept the necklace on my lap and buried my face in my palm.

This was meant to be the last test. It was so close. What then happened?

Oh, Gosh!

Does that mean we’re not meant for each other? But he passed the first two. Why did he have to fail the last one?

Why a silver necklace instead of gold?

I woke up the next morning, feeling kinda weak.

Kurt left home very early even before I finished taking my bath. He said he had an important schedule.
