Amelia's POV Missing someone has always been easy for me, it was like a dull ache whenever I thought of them, like my friends I had left in my old pack. I know it was selfish of me to only miss them a tiny bit, I missed my family more and, well, Grayson is a totally different case. Every time I thought of him, I felt like something was missing as if a piece of my body was yearning for something which was miles away. My heart would always have a burning sensation whenever I thought of him and as time went by, I felt myself becoming more depressed without him. He had become a drug that I haven't taken in ages. I had finally accepted his past and who he was as a person, and now the bond was repairing itself accordingly. My mark had finally turned back to what it should've been, it had looked like two puncture holes which had sealed up and every time I had touched it, a wave of happiness had bubbled over me. I felt good to have a reminder of him, granted the way it was conceived wasn'
Grayson's POV "She's actually going out with Kayla and her friends right now, do not fret my child, she will be okay," my mother said on the phone, her voice soothing me from my worries of Kayla planning something. I inhaled deeply, brushing my hair back as I leant against the wall with the phone pressed to my ear. I was glad Kayla was trying, happy even. "Thank you mother, I'm glad Kayla is trying, how are you going?" I asked her, remembering my manners as a few people had passed me, eyeing me down as I spoke into the phone. I lowly growled at them. "Your father and I are doing quite fine, how is therapy going?" she replied, keeping the conversation light and free flowing. I smiled, knowing how well it seemed. I was doing quite well, my anger issues were diminishing and I was having almost full control over my wolf. Things were finally brightening up for me and it meant that Irene and I could sort out our issues better, I was really happy. "Perfect, just a couple more weeks moth
Amelia's POV I didn't really like shopping, to be honest, I was carrying three bags filled with clothes and more than half weren't even my own. The three girls who seemed unaffected by two hours of non-stop shopping were happily conversing about the latest trend as well as holding four bags, two on each arm as they were being followed by three warriors and I. I huffed out a breath, the three guards beside me were watching me curiously as they too, held three bags filled with clothes. One even offered to hold the bags, but I declined, noticing how much bags were on his own arms. We should've brought a trolley. "Amelia! There's a cute dress over in that shop that I know would look good on you!" One of Kayla's friends giggled out, coming over to grab my arm and guide me to the store where a pretty white dress was being showcased on a mannequin. It landed mid thigh and had a very Goddess like a look, with its lace overlapping the white fabric and some skin being shown in the tummy area
Amelia's POV "Oh Goddess, I'm so, so sorry" the guy who held a cup which was empty of the liquid which was the same colour and smell of the smoothie which was poured onto us. The guy was blushing quite hard as the friends behind him were snickering in her background, we were fine, but the warriors who were watching over us stood up and grabbed the poor guy, restricting him from movement. Kayla was blushing quite hard at this point, cleaning up the smoothie which laid on her shirt as her friends groaned out in annoyance and rushed to the bathroom. The guy was looking at Kayla with wide eyes as she threw a sympathetic glance at his way as she cleaned herself up. "Tobias, let him go, he didn't do anything wrong," she commanded them and instantly the warrior's hands dropped from the guy and sat back down. He was quite attractive, light brown hair which kind of spiked up in a nice wave, thick eyebrows and bright blue eyes. He had a few moles on his face, bright pink lips and a slightly
Amelia's POV Miles and Kayla's relationship was blossoming into something adorable, a mark was already born on her neck one week after they were proclaimed mates, Gray and Mitchell, being not so ecstatic about the whole ordeal, had avoided Miles like a plague, whereas her parents, we absolutely thrilled. It was weird to see Kayla so damn happy all the time, the romance between Miles and her was almost sickening, I saw them making out on the couch as I ate my breakfast, and I heard their activities in the hallways almost twice every week. I envied them in every way. I stopped interacting with everyone. Kayla's friends were almost forgotten because of her new mate and they seemed to have quite a few fights here and there. I tried to ignore the pang in my chest every time Grayson's parents enthused about the newly mated couple, Mitchell and me, loathed every second of it. He had become the only rock, besides Grayson, who knew the pain of seeing a very happy couple always in our view.
Grayson's POV I woke up with my mate in my arms, her body heat was giving me warmth as I held her body in my own. She was facing me, my hands wrapping around her waist as I brought her closer, her aura was giving off a calm blue, a slight tinge of pink wrapping around her heart and where I touched her and it made me feel lighter every time my hands skimmed another area. I smiled lightly, even though I couldn't see her face, I knew she was beautiful, her personality was amazing and she was just Amelia, she was my mate. It was probably around eleven in the morning, I had mind-linked a servant to bring us breakfast before eleven-thirty so that Irene had a good rest and I could spend my time admiring her. My heart felt warm being next to her, I felt happier, lighter, brighter. Therapy was finally completed and even though I was able to see her on Sundays, it was not enough for me, but now I'm here and I'll never let her go. I thank my trainers and counsellors for getting me to this poi

Amelia's POV I was snuggled up in the library after asking one of the servants to clean it after the Kayla incident as Grayson was doing his Alpha duties before we left for this 'honeymoon' thing. I was casually catching up on my Harry Potter before I heard the slight knock on the library door. "Come in," I told whoever was at the door, it slowly opened revealing Grayson in an impeccably smart looking outfit. He wore a dark black button up shirt and black dress pants, with, of course, the matching black shoes. I was blessed with such a good looking mate. I smiled brightly, placing my book down and ran up to him, wrapping my arms around him and inhaling his scent. "It's been two hours since I last saw you," he chuckled lightly as he also embraced me by wrapping his arms around my waist. "Are you complaining?" I smirked, loving the feeling of his arms wrapped me, he made me feel very safe, protected at all times. "Never," he whispered, kissing my ear before retracting his hands aw
