Theron's POV

I had to get rid of Morgan once and for all; he had caused too many problems and inflicted far too much pain on those that I cared about. I found it unbelievable how anyone could be so greedy and cruel to do the things that he had. Lara may be the mother of his quadruplets, and what she had done in the beginning, not declaring Eliza, was nothing compared to what Morgan had done. Lara was my mate and the love of my life. I had promised her the world, and I would keep that promise. I wanted Morgan out of the way, ultimately. How could my mate and the children live peacefully if he was still lurking around? He may be locked away, but that didn't change the fact that he was still breathing. He was toxic and foolish. I knew that I could quickly go and slit his throat and end his life; it took a lot of strength for me not to do so.

But in the end, he was the loser. I had my son and my mate back in my life. He, on the other hand, had lost his children and his entire pack
