Footsteps that aren't mom's echo on the walls. A part of me is still wondering why she's here but the other part just wants to sleep.

I yearn involuntarily and I head to my bed when I hear a knock on the door.

“What does she want?”

I'm just about to open my door when I hear someone else's door open. Caden's door.

I hear hushed mumbles with her voice as the signature written all over it.

I suddenly begin to itch to see what's going on. I open my door slightly just so I can see.

She leans at the door frame in a somewhat sexy position, like the ones you'd see lingerie models do. The weird part is that it doesn't seem like she's trying to be sexy.
