Chapter Thirty-Six

Ryan had left before dawn. He ran the perimeter every morning and then reported for training with the warriors. After that on a normal day, they’d go to school with him then working alongside his father in the office.

She knew Reid would be doing the same thing too but she didn’t want to think about him too much because it hurt. Was Britney in his bedroom with him? Did she sleep next to him last night? She shook her head as she got ready for the day with no firm plan in mind.

She thought that she should go to her old room and get some of her stuff moved to the new wing and then maybe actually do something about their room. It was too stark for her, the cream walls, cream bedding, cream carpet, she couldn’t live with how plain it was.

Omega workers smiled and bowed their heads at her and she smiled back at them. She knew them all by name and they were all nice people. She should start to pay more attention to their needs now because she’d soon took over the Luna duties from her mother.
