Chapter 95: Think!

Vanessa received a phone call from an unknown person. “Your pup is at the underground safehouse,” the person said through the phone. “If you value your pup's life, go there alone.” Before Vanessa could say anything, the person cut the call.

Vanessa immediately rushed out of the chamber, and headed to the underground safehouse. She saw Jasper in the hallway.

“Any problem?” Jasper asked as he noticed that Vanessa was looking tense.

“No, not at all,” Vanessa replied, and hurried past Jasper.

However, Jasper could sense that something was not right. He secretly followed Vanessa without Vanessa knowing.
