JEREMY’S POV

We got ready to leave for the ShadowMoon pack. The mission was simple, and if we were lucky, we would complete it in less than an hour of arriving.

“Before we leave, I’d like to make one thing clear,” Jayden spoke suddenly.

“What is it? Developing cold feet right before our mission, not much like you, Jayden,” I taunted and he rolled his eyes.

“No matter what happens, we should only kill when necessary,” his gaze shifted to me, “By that, I mean let’s try our best to spill only the blood of the Alpha. Those wolves are innocent.”
