Chapter No.3

King Zacharias Stone:-

As soon as I landed my eyes on the beauty in the hallroom I was a goner and when I realized that she is my mate I died ight then and there with happiness and joy because the woman in pure definition of perfection and there is nothing I won't do for her.

She just has to ask and I will provide it for her but I don't think so this mate of minSe is going to ask for anything since she is a princess herself and Miss. Independent as anyone else would say. Not just independent she is stubborn too. Just my type. I like the woman who likes to play hard to get and this woman over here is playing that same game.

I can tell that my friend Asheron has spoiled his daughter rotten and she doesn't like to hear no as an answer. In the past, Asheron invited me many times at his palace to meet his triplet children but I was so caught up in my kingdom and my life that I didn't get the chance to ever visit him since last twenty years. I wish I had taken out sometime in the past because then I would have found my mate earlier than later. But, no worries because what matters is that I have found her and there is no way in hell I am letting her go or reject me.

" Are you going to let me go so I can help my kingdom?" Charlotte asked with gritted teeth in anger while I was keeping her by my side with my hand tight yey gentle on her arm. I know she can easily flip me upside down with her inhuman strength but I know she won't. The woman is stubborn who is so attracted to me but she is refusing to believe it herself.

" First tell me, what is wrong with me? What have I done to you that you want to reject me Give me one good reason, sugar?" I asked. I am going to get the truth out of her mouth. She needs to tell me why she is pushing me away when she wants me too?

" None of your business." she snaps " Does a princess like me really need to tell the reason to you?"

" Now that is rude for which I will punish you later, my mate." I whispered in her ear as we watch the vampires fighting with the hunters that trespassed in the terittory of the vampires. Someone must have helped these hunters enter otherwise no one holds the power to do that.

" We will see about that." she mumbles with a smirk on her face " And, you want to know the reason? Then the reason is that I don't like you."

" Now that is a lie, sugar. Isn't it?" I asked " You and I both know that the reason is something else that you are trying to hide from me. One way or another I am going to get it out of you."

" Then keep on trying because I am not telling." she snaps and took out her fang to bite me on my arm but before she can do that she heard the painful scream of her sister and got distracted. We look into the direction of Princess Ashrina and found a man holding her to him when she was about to be attacked by one of the hunter. 

" Huh? Why would a hunter save a vampire from his own kind. Now, that is quite strange." I asked confused when Charlotte eyes turned red and golden in a way like she was trying to communicate with someone. I shook her shoulders and made her look at me as I snap her out of whatever she was doing.

" What the hell, Charlotte? What was that?" I asked " For a moment you scared the shit out of me."

" That man is my sister's mate." she mumbles shocked with tears in her eyes " My sister is mated to our worst enemy kind. She is mated to the vampire hunter."

" What?!" I asked or more like yell out loud in shock because that is purely impossible. It can't be right. A vampire can never be mated to a vampire hunter " How do you know that?"

" Because, we triplets share a special bond link through which we can communicate with one another." she replies and pushes me away to help her family who was also looking hocked. She went beside her sister and pushes the man, or the hunter away in anger who was holding Princess Ashrina. I joined my friend Asheron who was fighting beside his wife.

" What do you want me to do?" I asked while my gaze was fixed on my mate who was ripping the hunters into piece by fighting like a pro and even fed on them in a challenging mode to show the leader of the hunters that who holds the power over here.

"She is amazing." I found myself mumble with a smile on my face.

" And handful too." Asheron added with a matching smile and patted on my shoulder " If you want to help then can you please posess these fucking hunters with your demonic powers and have them kill one another so I can go to my grieving daughter."

"  Which one?" I asked confused.

" Ashrina. She needs my support right now because she would never have imagine that she is going to get mated to the vampire hunter." Asheron replies then looks at me " Don't give up on Charlotte. She really likes you but like always she is being stubborn over here and coming on her own way."

" I know. I figured that much out." I replied " Don't worry. I am not going to let her go. I am going to marry this woman, make her my queen and make her the mother of my children in no time. She wants to avoid me, run away from me. Then bring it on because I am going to make it very hard for her to stay away from me...." I wasn't able to finish the sentence when I saw a hunter aiming his crossbow arrow on my mate.

I ran with my inhuman speed but before the arrow can reach her I pulled her on the side and fell away with her on the ground in the process. My back was hurting like a bitch and when I realized what was happening to me Charlotte screams out in worry and fear as she looks at the arrow stabbed in my back.

" No...No....no," she cried and glares at the person who was responsible for that. She was on him the next second an ripping his heart out. Once she was done she came back to me, pulls out the arrow from my back and made me look at her. She cups my face and asked.

" Hey...hey, please tell me that you are alright. Please." she asked with tears falling from her eyes.

" Wow, these are such a tears coming out of the eyes of a woman who just said a few minutes ago that she doesn't like me." I chuckled wiping her tears. She realized what she just did and pulled away from me.

" Not so fast. You are not avoiding or running away from me again." I tell her holding her by her waist " Now, help me get up so I can end this battle once and for all." she listened and helped me get up. I raised my hand in the air and closed my eyes to use my mental power that made many of the hunters close to me frozen in their place like a statue. They wanted to move but couldn't possibly bring themselves to do that.

" You are going to kill one another. You are going to kill your own kind. You are going to suck their dark souls and present it to me." I ordered them as I posessed them with my demonic powers. They listened to me and did what I asked them to do and earned a thumbs up from Asheron.

" How did you do that?" Charlotte asked.

" None of your business." I said with a grin on my face while mimicking her same words from earlier. She groaned and rolled her eyes at me.

" You did not just do that." she growls.

" Oh, but I did. What are you going to do about it?" I asked taking her deep inside of the forest with me. She protests and refuses to go but I didn't listen. I threw her over my shoulder and took her to the darkest yet safest side in the forest.

I placed her back on her feet then pushes her down on the ground so she was lying on the dried leaves on the ground while I was on top of her caging her with my body and grinding my hard member to her front that earned me a soft moan from her.

" Wh...What are you doing?" she stammers breathing heavily when she felt my hand slipping under her dress. I have already ripped her panties apart earlier so it gave me an easy access to her very drenched pussy. " Because....Because...." she struggles to speak. Asheron is right. This woman comes in her own way of happiness. But why?

" Because what, sugar? Tell me." I asked.

" Because you ar emy father's age or older than him maybe. I wanted a mte who was close to my age and can understand me better because the same ages or close ages person can understand their partner better. I want what my parents have." she replies.

" So, you must have known that you mother was also the age of yours or maybe older but your father was still a five hundrer years old vampire. And,  I am not older than your father but younger." I grunted out loud " And, you and I both know that we supernatural creatures stop aging after the age of eighteen so why creating problems when they aren't any? Are you a fool, Princess Charlotte?" I asked.
