Don't Scream

**Turstin's POV***

I noticed that after giving money to Gael's dad, he didn't seem to be pleased. Dinner was carried out in silence. Gael's mom retired to bed early after the stress of what happened during the day.

As for Gael, he wouldn't even look at me. He barely touched his food, and this made me feel sad. I hate to see him this sad and I wished there was something I could do about it even.

After our meal, Gael picked up the plates and went to the kitchen. I can't continue like this. I'm here because of him, the last thing was for us to waste each moment we had to spend together.

I stood up from the dining table and walked over to meet him. And I saw him doing the dishes. I walked over to where he stood and wrapped my hands around his waist.

“Love, tell me, are you mad at me?”

He froze but didn't turn around to look at me.

“It's nothing,” he muttered.

I knew he was only saying that, not because it came from his mind.
