**Gael's POV**

I shivered terribly as Cole continued hitting the four and calling out my name like I was a debtor.

I placed my hand on my chest which was beating heavily and just at that moment, the thought of what happened in the past came flooding in.

I remember his growls and his claws. For the past years, I've been going through different history books in libraries and museums, searching for the history of Werewolves. When Fred told me about it, I didn't believe him at first, but after what I witnessed that day, I decided to do my research about them.

For the years I dedicated to investigating the way of life of these Werewolves, I realized that all the men I was involved with, and I mean all the Barclays, possess one trait or another relating to that of a werewolf. To this very day even though I miss some moments with them, I can't stop thinking about the fact that I literally lived with monsters who could have destroyed me.
