SIERRA

The boys walked up to me with worried expressions on their faces, they rushed up to where I sat.

"Sierra, what happened?"

"Are you hurt?" Dane and Zane asked in unison.

I stared at my arm, it hurt a little, "I can manage." I muttered trying to suppress a groan.

"We looked everywhere for you," Kane said settling down beside me.

"It was Orion, I ran into him during the heat of the war," I explained. "He brought me here after knocking me out."

Gerald stared around the cabin quietly. "What is this place?" He asked the house was dark and spooky, and I didn't blame him for getting freaked out.

"I think the house is under a spell, it must be one of Elvis' tricks, once you're in, there's no getting out," I explained.

"What's with the blood on your clothes?" Kane asked suddenly getting up from where he was sitting.

I stared at my clothes, it was a huge patch of bloodstain, "I got into a fight with him, it was kinda bloody."

"Did that bastard hurt you?" Zane asked with anger written clea

SIERRAThe boys were faster than a lightning bolt, they stood before me protectively shielding me from the prying eyes of Gerald."Stay back!" Kane growled shoving Gerald. My cheeks were flushed in embarrassment, I couldn't help but feel shocked, I hadn't expected Gerald to come in when he did, even though we had been careless by doing it in the hallway, I never thought Gerald would announce his presence let alone ask to join.I wanted the ground to open up and swallow me whole till I was less embarrassed. How on earth was I going to look at his face again? He must have thought since I was doing it at the same time with three guys, perhaps it was all right to join."Why are you here?" Dane asked signalling me to get dressed."You know why I'm here," Gerald replied attempting to come forward but he was blocked by my mates.I needed to get dressed as fast as possible, but I couldn't find my panties, I had no idea where Kane had dumped them.My eyes landed on the pink lacey G-string sitt

ELVISThe kids stared at me with startled expressions on their faces, just the way I liked it, I could sense the fear in Sierra's eyes, it sent thrills through my veins."It gives me great pleasure to have every one of you here." I smiled, everything was falling into place, and my plans were working perfectly fine. One of Thane's boys growled at me, his fangs in full display, he was the angriest of Thane's boys, he was the one who kept threatening me while he had the chance."Pout all you want angry bird, there's nothing you can do, you're under my spell now." I sent him my best smirk knowing it would piss him off more."Damn you!" The boy snarled attempting to reach me from the house but he was sent flying back by the spell.I couldn't help but laugh as Sierra rushed towards him to help him up."After all that babbling, who's helpless now." I sneered and Beta Orion laughed."You just wait, I'll get you." He swore, his eyes shooting arrows at me, that was the best he could."Oh my, sh

THANEI knew deep down that the probability of Harold giving up this pack and throne was quite low but I thought he would have considered it because his son was in danger but his answer was brief and short."Never."My breath hitched, I could feel as though my universe was lost, my kids were my responsibility, and I couldn't watch them get hurt because of a clash between two brothers."Hey Harold, why don't you think this through," I said, calmly placing my hand on his shoulder but he shrugged it off "What do you mean to think this through?" He asked, his temper was flaring. "All of this shouldn't have happened in the first place."Maya moved forward, "Please Alpha Harold, I know this is too much to ask, but think of our kids, they have lives to live, they are still so young, and we can let their lives be cut short just because-""I can't do it, lives are depending on me too, do you know the kind of havoc he might do to the pack that I worked so hard to protect?" He asked, his eyes

SIERRATwenty minutes earlier."That slimy bastard has something up his sleeves," Dane said as soon as Elvis left."I thought so too." Gerald agreed, his eyes met mine and I looked away awkwardly."Guys, I think we need to leave before he gets back," I said looking at the boys.Zane cleared his throat making us turn to him in curiosity. "That's right, we can't just stay here waiting till he comes back, we need a plan to leave here.""That's right, a concrete one to be exact." Kane tipped in. "That doesn't involve digging." He added with a snort. We all turned toward Dane, and he returned our stare, "Why are you guys staring at me?""We need a plan." I sent him a smile. He shook his head, "Actually, I have been thinking." He gathered us closer away from Orion's view. "There might be a way out of here.""What's this plan all about?" Kane asked.Dane's eyes wandered through the glass doors to Orion, who was busy cleaning his weapon. "Him, he will be our target."Zane raised his brow, "Bu

THANE"What on earth happened here?" Alpha Harold asked as we drew closer to the house. The house was destroyed, there was no stone left unturned."Where are the kids?" I asked turning to Elvis who still couldn't believe his eyes."I... I mean, they were right here, this was where I left them." He replied glancing around.I couldn't help but burst into laughter, they all turned to stare at me in shock. "What do you mean you left them here?" I asked Elvis whose eyes were darting around as though searching for something."Let's check around first," Maya suggested walking toward the debris. We checked everywhere, but none of the kids were found, I could perceive a faint smell of gas in the air, and I tried to ignore it telling myself that they were all safe.Harold's men arrived, they began to search through the debris, and they raised stones to check if there were any bodies or survivors.A faint cough reached my ears and I pulled Maya along with me as we headed towards the direction wh

SIERRAI felt the wind whooshing around my skin, which meant one thing, we were no longer in the confines of the house, my eyes shot open, and I gasped. This wasn't the woods, the sand in the woods could never be this white. I looked around in shock, I was right, I was at the beach, not at the spellbound house where Orion had kept us.How did I get here? I could recall being in the house, I could recall how angry I felt when Orion had tossed the gas-like substance towards us, so how did I get to the beach? Did I magically teleport without knowing? The ocean was wild, the waves kept coming, filling my ears with dangerous sounds. Something was weird about the beach, beaches usually have people walking around wanting to take a swim or resting under an umbrella, but this beach was empty, there was nothing outside for the wind and sand that swallowed my feet whenever I tried moving.I wondered if the boys had remained there or if I arrived there with them."Damn, where are we?" Kane asked

SIERRA"Guys!" I called but their voices swallowed mine as they went on with the argument. The sand swallowed my feet, I tried pulling it out but it was impossible, It held me down tightly but the boys were too occupied in their argument to notice that the sand had gotten up to their ankles."Guys stop it please." I pleaded but all to no avail."Woah, I see it's three against one now right?" Gerald was shouting, gone was the calm and peaceful demeanor I was used to seeing."That doesn't matter, One of us can take down a hundred of you." Zane shot back angrily."Will you guys fucking stop it already!" I screamed at the top of my voice. They stopped turning to stare at me in shock, they'd probably never heard me scream before."Screaming at each other should be the last thing on your minds right now," I said panting hard, they kept staring at me."You are so preoccupied with the need to tear each other's throats that you can't realize what's happening," I said staring at my stuck feet.

SIERRAIt was approaching fast. This was it, we were going to die in an unknown land.Particles of sand entered my eyes making me blink rapidly. Gerald closed his eyes, the sand was way up to his mouth level, I glanced at the other side, the triplets too were almost covered. Was this the end?I closed my eyes waiting for the storm to swallow us whole. The sound of the whirlwind howled in my ears like the sounds of thousands of restless spirits.I could hear the boys take in huge breaths, they were preparing for the end. Hot tears stung at the back of my eyes, I would never get to see my mom again. Their pants filled my ears, this would be the last I'd hear it, the sound of my mate's breathing. My eyes opened slowly to stare at their faces, their eyes were closed in anticipation. It was then I noticed, the storm had gone, the wind was calm, it was as though there was never a sandstorm coming.Strange.What was happening?I turned trying to free myself from the huge pile of sand holding

  • Mated To My Lycan Stepbrothers   Chapter 314

SIERRAIt was cold. The kind of cold that sneaks under your skin and makes you feel hollow on the inside. I pulled the rough blanket tighter around me and tried to ignore the dust floating in the air, the creaky wooden floor beneath me, and the silence that hung between the four of us.Every corner of the old building felt frozen, like the cold had settled into the walls and decided to stay forever. The air smelled like old wood, mildew, and something faintly metallic, like rust or blood. I couldn’t tell which. The moonlight came in through the broken windows in pale, slanted beams, casting long, strange shadows that danced every time the wind whispered through the cracks.Zane was sitting near the broken window, staring out like he was expecting something or someone to appear.Kane had his arms folded and his eyes closed, but I knew he wasn’t asleep. His breathing was too controlled, too deliberate, like he was trying to calm something raging inside him.Dane was pacing again. Quiet,

  • Mated To My Lycan Stepbrothers   Chapter 313

ZANEI was pacing.Back and forth. Again and again. The floorboards creaked under my feet, but I didn’t care. I couldn’t sit still. My fingers ran through my hair for the tenth, maybe even the twentieth time. My chest was tight. My heart hadn't stopped pounding since the call.“She ran?” I asked, even though I already knew the answer. I needed to hear it again. Maybe this time it would sound different. Maybe I had misunderstood.“Yes,” my father’s voice repeated over the phone. His tone was heavy. Tired. “She shifted and bolted into the woods. I found her seizing earlier. She shifted mid-attack.”I froze. My jaw clenched tight, my hand gripping the edge of the table so hard I thought I might snap the wood in half. “Why the hell didn’t anyone call me the moment she was awake?” My voice came out sharp, demanding, on the edge of panic.“She wasn’t awake,” he replied, quieter now. “She was barely breathing, Zane. We didn’t think she’d make it through the night.”I felt like something cold

  • Mated To My Lycan Stepbrothers   Chapter 312

SIERRAI ran.I didn’t know where I was going. I didn’t care. My paws pounded the earth like drums, pushing me faster and faster. The cold night air stung my face. Leaves crunched beneath me. Branches snapped across my body, scratching my skin through my fur. But I didn’t stop. I couldn’t stop.My heart was thudding so loud I could hear it in my ears. My breath came in short, sharp bursts. My legs moved on their own, driven by panic, pain, and something else I couldn’t explain. It wasn’t me running anymore. It was her.My wolf had taken control of my body, and I was just… watching.I was still there, buried somewhere inside, but it felt like I was floating, helpless, disconnected. I couldn’t speak. I couldn’t stop her. I could only feel the wind rushing against us as she pushed deeper and deeper into the woods as if we were running from everything and nothing at the same time.I wanted to scream. I wanted to cry. But all I could do was watch. Then, suddenly it stopped.Just like that.

  • Mated To My Lycan Stepbrothers   Chapter 311

THANE"I’m tired of this," I muttered under my breath as we approached the pack house. My fingers gripped the steering wheel tighter than necessary. The meeting had drained every ounce of patience I had left. Again, my leadership was being questioned. Again, the council demanded answers about the vampires. Some even called for war."They’re not just rogue vampires, Thane. They’re a threat to our entire species," Beta Colin had said, slamming his fist on the table.“They slaughtered three of our scouts last week,” another growled. “And what’s your response? Peace?”It took every bit of control not to explode in that room. I knew they didn’t understand the weight I carried. If I went to war now, we’d lose more than wolves. We’d lose lives, peace, trust…everything.Beside me in the car, my wife laid a calming hand over mine.“You need to breathe,” she whispered gently. “You can’t help anyone if you’re this worked up.”I glanced at her and gave a small nod. “I know… I just…”I didn’t fini

SIERRAThe steady rhythm of my breath helped calm my racing heart. For the first time in what felt like forever, I let myself focus on connecting with my wolf. The bond between us was strained, stretched thin from all the chaos and confusion. I shut my eyes, clearing my mind of everything. The voices, the shouts, the arguments , I didn’t want any of that. I needed peace.“Come on,” I whispered to myself, pushing all the anger and frustration out of my mind. “Just focus.”I reached out to her, feeling the pulse of her energy like a distant hum. At first, it felt like a faint whisper, but as I quieted my thoughts, the hum grew stronger. I felt the presence of my wolf inside me, stirring from the depths, her energy warm and comforting.“Hey, you,” I said softly, a small smile tugging at my lips. I didn’t even know what to call her anymore. We had been through so much together, and now it felt like we were strangers in a way. “Are you still with me?”A growl echoed in my mind, but it was

THANEI found her curled up on the floor, forehead pressed against the door. My heart twisted. My daughter, my strong, stubborn Sierra, looked so small, so broken.I crouched down slowly and placed a hand on her shoulder. "Sierra..."She flinched. Her face lifted, red-eyed and wet with tears. "You let them go."I sighed. "No. I didn’t know. They didn’t tell me either."She turned away from me, wiping her face with the back of her hand. "They left me.""I know," I said quietly. "And I know how much that hurts. But they're doing what they think is right.""It’s not right," she snapped. "They think I’m weak. They think I can't handle myself."Her mother appeared behind me, her voice soft and trembling. "Sweetheart... they were only trying to protect you.""I don’t need protection," Sierra said, voice rising. "I need to be with them. I need to fight, not sit locked away like some... prisoner."I stood slowly and turned to my mate. I took her hand. "She needs time. But we have to go. The

SIERRAI banged harder on the door. “Zane! Dane! Kane! Open this damn door!”My fists slammed into the wood again and again, my knuckles stinging. It rattled beneath my hands, but it didn’t give way. My throat burned from shouting, and my chest felt like it was caving in, heart pounding so hard it echoed in my ears.“What the hell is going on?” I screamed. “Open the door!”Silence. Then I heard footsteps. Soft ones. Cautious. Then a voice. Familiar. Quiet.“Sierra,” my mom’s voice came, barely above a whisper.I froze. Took a step back. “Mom?” My voice was sharp, panicked. “What’s happening? Why am I locked in?”There was a pause.Too long.I felt it coming before she even said it.“They… they left.”I blinked, confusion crawling up my spine. “What?”“They didn’t want you following them,” she said slowly, voice shaking. “They left without telling me too. I only just found out.”My heart dropped to the pit of my stomach.“No,” I whispered, shaking my head. “No. That’s not real. That’s

SIERRAWe stepped inside the room and shut the door behind us. My mom was still crying, her shoulders shaking like her whole world was crumbling.“Mom…” I whispered, going to her.She turned and pulled me into a hug so tight, I could barely breathe. “I can’t lose you too,” she sobbed. “I can’t. I’m not strong enough.”“I’ll be back,” I told her, my voice shaky. “I promise you, I’ll come back.”But her tears wouldn’t stop.Alpha Thane walked in and saw her falling apart. Without a word, he came over, gently took her hand, and led her away. She kept looking back at me like I was already a ghost. The door clicked shut behind them. Silence filled the room.I stood there, numb. “Why is it always like this?” I whispered. “Every time I come around… someone gets hurt, something breaks. It’s like I ruin everything.”“Stop,” Zane said, stepping forward.“You don’t ruin anything,” Kane added.“You bring the storm, but you also bring the light after it,” Dane said softly. “You’re not the problem,

SIERRA"I hear her. I swear I hear her."Zane turned to me slowly, his brows pinched like he was scared of what I might say next. "Sierra, who?""Ariel." My voice cracked, barely a whisper by the time it left my mouth. "She’s talking to me. In my head."Dane stepped closer, his frown deepening. "Are you sure?""Yes," I said quickly, too quickly. My heart was racing. "She’s mocking me. Laughing. Saying I failed. Over and over again. It’s her. I know her voice. I know it."Kane’s eyes narrowed as he looked at me, then exchanged glances with the others. "Sierra, nobody else hears anything.""It doesn’t matter," I said, gripping my arms tight as if I could hold myself together with just my fingers. "I do."Zane took a small step toward me, reaching out like I was a wild animal. "You’ve been through a lot. Your mind’s just…""I’m not crazy!" I shouted, my voice rising high and sharp.Silence dropped like a stone. No one spoke. No one breathed.Tears burned behind my eyes but I blinked them
