173 A Rotten Cucumber

Sibyl’s POV

I stood in front of my chamber, leaning against the cold marble columns. The cold wind blew the hair on my forehead and cooled my body through the layers of clothes. Although I have made up my mind to leave here, I still can't stop feeling sad. Amy dawdled to pack my bags. She didn't approve of my leaving, and I knew it.

I looked at the sky in the distance. The sun is hiding in a cloud. Large clouds hung in the air. I turned to the road inside the palace. On the way to my palace, people appeared from time to time, but none of them was the figure I missed.

Forget it, I looked up, opened my eyes, put my tears forced back. I shall never see such a heartless man again. I won't see him even if he comes.

"Your Majesty," Amy Whispered to me. "Your things are already packed. I didn't bring them all for your convenience. I only brought your usual jewelry, skin care products, and your favorite clothes."
