When Lily got back to her workplace, she met the angry Rose, who stood behind the cabinet with her arms folded, and shaking furiously. Lily could sense her anger.

Rose was angry that she didn't know her whereabouts; she'd searched every possible place she could, and was scared that something bad might have happened to her. She dialed her number but it wasn't reachable.

Immediately she asked her where she'd been all night, however Lily who wasn't ready for any explanation went straight to the bathroom in the bar to wash ever traces of the man's scent off her body.

But no matter how hard she washed herself, she just couldn't get rid of his scent, she still smelt him on her.

She knew she was in trouble already, to be intimated by an Alpha she knew nothing about.

And she wasn't ready to get involved with another man, not after what Alberto did to her.

After the bath, she got dressed in the same clothes she'd wore the previous day since she'd nothing else to wear. The sudden news of the heartbreak from Alberto had made her forget to pack her belongings from the pack.

She put on her work apron and went over to the cabinet where Rose was.

“Did you know the struggle I went through last night. I looked everywhere for you." Rose said, making Lily felt guilty for troubling her.

“I'm sorry. I...”

“Where were you?” Rose demanded fiercely. The question made Lily stared at her for a minute without knowing what to say to her.

“I was..." She stopped, realizing that it would be an embarrassment for her to tell her that she was with a man when she had just been hurt by one. “You know... You can't believe it, I found myself sleeping in a dog cottage this morning." She lied, praying that she would buy it.

“It's must be so hard on you." Rose said sympathetically.

'So she really buy that.' Lily thought.

“So tell me, how do we make Alberto pay for this?" Rose said.

“There's no way. Unless if we can just bang into the White moon pack and stone him, and trust me that will cost us our lives, because he's an Alpha. And no one dares to mess with one." Lily said, and silent for a minute, probably reflecting on her attitude towards the Alpha she spent the night with.

“You don't know who I am, do you?" Rose questioned, “if anyone dares to touch me, trust me, there will be a bloodshed battle."

Lily laughed at her words, thinking that she was joking.

“Really? Are you not just a mere omega of the crystal moon pack.” Lily asked, smiley.

“Have you heard? Alberto johnson, the Alpha of White moon pack is having his mating ceremony in two days." One of the two men who were drinking in the bar said, drawing Lily and Rose attentions.

“Yeah," his friend answered, “he's a dick, you know?"

“What do you mean?"

“The previous week he attacked two pack members of the Crystal moon pack, maybe he is trying to show that he's now an Alpha, but trust me he messed up with the wrong pack. And soon the White moon pack will be wiped out because I believe that Alpha Logan will definitely retaliate."

“First having the taste of power must have intoxicated him, just like an alcohol." The other man said.

Lily turned to Rose immediately.

“Alberto attacked two of your pack members?" She asked and she nodded. "Why?"

“Who knows? He's just trying to piss Alpha Logan off.” Rose said, and Lily nodded subconsciously.

She couldn't figure out why Alberto would try to get on bad side of Alpha Logan when other packs were trying so hard to get on his good side. She shock the thought off her mind, knowing that it's wasn't her business; she'd nothing to do with him or White moon pack anymore.

Then her mind drew back to the mystery Alpha she just got involved with, she wondered who he was and what he meant by he would find her. She knew her attitude to him earlier could get her killed because alphas were ought to be respected. However, she took out the anger of the betrayal on him, yet the he was calmed.

And through out the day Lily couldn't put off the thought of him off her mind, and Rose who noticed her distraction thought it must be about the news of the mating ceremony.

*****

Lily asked Rose if she could stay with her for sometime and she accepted. Then later, both of them left their workplace and headed to the Crystal moon pack.

They entered into a big heavy iron gate of the Crystal moon pack, and when they got to the front of a majestic mansion, Lilly knew immediately that it's the pack house.

“Henry?" Rose called to the man, who was standing in front of the mansion, with his back to them.

The man turned and he locked eyes with Rose before he shifted his attentions to Lily, who was standing beside Rose. Lily didn't miss the glint of surprise on the man's face.

“Has my brother arrived?” Rose asked and he nodded, without tearing his eyes from Lily.

“It's good to see you sis," a voice said behind them and the two of them turned.

The moment Lily's eyes laid on the man whose the voiced belonged to, her eyes widened in shock and her mouth was hanged open. The surprise on her face was beyond expression.

Logan's eyes narrowed when he saw her.

'What's he doing here? Or is he...?' Her thought trailed off. 'The Alpha of the Crystal moon pack?' Her breathing seized.

"Who is she?" The lady who was leaning on Logan asked, when she noticed the tension between Logan and Lily. The stares between the two made her uncomfortable.

Now considering the consequences of her attitude to him, Lily knew immediately that she was in trouble.

Unable to advert her eyes from him, she saw his mouth curled into a smile. Her heart pounded hysterically in her chest, knowing that he must have something up his sleeve since he's known as the man who liked to conceal his true intentions with a smile.
