I Am Scared

Arianna's POV

"Good heavens!" I whispered out slowly as I laid on my bed. My hands were already placed on my head and all I could do was to think of how my day had gone.

I had had the longest of days, occurrences which already triggered my soul to be awake of the things which were to come.

Starting with Giovanni, he had shown me that I could still be gullible even when I felt that being brave would elevate my confidence and how others would see me.

The young man had played me big time. I still laid on the bed, grinning hard with my hands clenched as in reminisce of what had happened.

Why was he acting that way? Things just didn't sit right when it came to his issues. He acted like I held his life in my hand and that he would obviously drop dead if I ever made him feel that way.
