Without anyone being around, she took out her phone, stretching it towards him.

"Here, let's talk over the phone!" She commanded. A wink released, left Malison hunting for more.

"Wow! So bold...! I must have her tonight!" He promised. Swiftly, he grabbed her phone, dialed his contact in and saved it. With no delays, he dialed his line. "Here please" he said, returning the phone to its owner.

"Alright then!"

"Please hold on!" He beckoned again.

"Can I call you?"

"Sure!" Malison nodded and his lips curled in amusement, accompanied with a smirk.

"I never knew this was why I left my house, leaving my friend there all alone. Wow! I'm happy I met her!" He ended the conversation, having a pretty good impression of the girl. He stood up and kicked a mound of sand over his shoulder, a smile on his face. Malison chuckled, then turned on his heels and walked off, starting to move along the street. He watched her for a moment, then stopped as she turned back to him with a beaming smile, as if she knew what he had to say. Smiles filled their hearts as they felt the connectivity between them.

"What the fuck...! What happened here?" Malison exclaimed, gazing at his living room, paving around, confused.

"I'm even as surprised as you are! That horrible wind left no item untouched.

"Gosh! That wind again..?

"Oh oh.. you've experienced it before? What the hell could that be?" Laney slashed.

Malison stormed around, prowling through the bookshelves, slowly taking note of their contents. As he glanced down one, a singular shock erupted in his mind, anger feeling his expression. Suddenly feeling a pang of despair. In a weak flickering moment of concentration, he stepped back from the shelves, turning to Laney, scanning over, with his head smirking with pain, he groaned for he had seen the witch. After he jumped in the fray, the silence was deafening, the gale was still blowing, the ground was trembling. No one noticed it, but Malison.

Coming to his senses, he slammed his hand down on the shelves. The books flew down, toppling over in a mass. The wind rose, and the dust gathered around, causing both guys to cough so hard, their chests and noses were blocked by the dust. After a couple of minutes, and on the verge of blowing away, they grabbed the shelving handles and slowly and carefully, turning their back to the explosion, the books reassembled in their own columns. The guys' eyes widened in shock, holding back their reactions. Everywhere became so quite like a graveyard. The screen was surreal, and when they stood up, they couldn't believe it.

"What! I don't get it! How is it possible that these books could fall off the shelf and rearrange themselves back into their positions again..?"

"That's fucking awesome!" Malison turned and walked over to the shelf to examine the books, their pages sagged. He wiped off the dust, keeping his eyes on the books. Slowly, he bent over, shaking his head, for he knew what just happened.

The room's messy state, the shock, the anguish, and the entire environment got Malison feeling so sorry for his friend Laney that he plopped down in his seat and began to pout.

Laney has been his closest friend since childhood. The guy looked more exasperated than sad. He said, without apology, he was tired of the random wind that kept invading his privacy. His pulse slowed to a normal rate. The hurt was erased. He didn't have to hear Laney scream in the aftermath of the storm. He whispered, "I do". Ninety minutes later, Waverly Malison found himself walking down the empty sidewalks of the street with his new girlfriend, Jenny. She had a leather jacket with a logo of a radio with a bright orange spot on it. She was carrying a thick wrapped bundle which she unwrapped with a pair of oversized, colorful tongs, like an old lady feeding an old dog. She banged her arm and said,

"I forgot to put out a hamburger for our lunch, Mal,"

"Oh that's true". He replied. "Alright then, let's go get some over there."

They went to that particular restaurant about a half block away. The sight of the place was so different, compared to how a restaurant is supposed to be. The dark clouds of smoke hanging over the place, signifying a different atmosphere.

"This isn't a restaurant Jenny! It looks like a cave!"

"You think so..?"

"Can't you see it? The environment is totally different."

Some strange sounds were heard just immediately. Malison shook his head at Jenny as someone screamed for help. It seemed like the person went passed them and was dragged towards the opposite direction. Then Jenny screamed too.

Taking a glance at the cave, it was of no surprise as Malison had just felt a similar sensation. Swiftly, he tried to prevent them both from being run over, and walking to where the scream was coming from. The air became so thick as Malison saw a shadow coming towards his direction. The shadow looked at him in fury and turned around, but at the same time, his eyes almost turned pale as the same shadow appeared from the side.  A warrior who looked at the other side was holding a sword in his hand. The smell of sulfur was hitting his nostrils. His familiar vampire slowly stood up in defense, holding his hat in his hands, with eyes wide open. The man wore a black vest and black pants. Although he was short in height, it was hard for Malison to believe that, as his eyes widened. He yelled out a spell, while cursing the woman who was right behind him, Jenny.

"You traitor! You brought me here to be killed..? You'll forever regret this you bitch! What an ass hole you are, traitor! I'll deal mercilessly with you, I promise you swine!"

There was a look of a scared beast on his face. The shadow moved closer, and when the final moment struck, the shadow's mouth opened up in fury. Malison turned again to Jenny as he met her gaze. The shadow became a hungry monster, showing its fist, ready for action. Malison's vampire charged up, and released the first strike, but the shadow dogged and blocked the swing. The impact of the fist was heavy. He gripped his sword and came at Malison, followed by the phantom of the cudgel.

"I'll spare you not, you God damn beast!"

There was a sudden silence after his words. Glancing around, his wolf and vampire blood came to play, but before he could say "Jack", both the shadow and Jenny were nowhere to be found.

"Oh no... I'm all alone right now! Where could they have gone?"

"Jenny...?"

"Jenny?!"

"Come out here, let me teach you what it means to be a traitor, you swine!"
