I went to my room and changed my clothes for something more practical to go hiking in. Although it was raining, it was still warm, which helped to dry out the leaves on the trees. The ground was still very wet, but with the boots I was wearing I wouldn't have a problem with accidentally slipping and falling. I also packed a small bag with a bikini, sunscreen and insect repellent, as well as a canteen of water and some fruit.
