The bodyguard did not reveal any additional details. He simply said that Odell wanted her at Carter Residence and they had to depart right away.

Sylvia’s instinct told her it had to be related to Isabel or Liam.

She grabbed her jacket and quickly got into the car with the bodyguard.

In less than 20 minutes, the car arrived at Carter Residence.

The main gate opened to reveal Sebastian waiting at the entrance.

The moment Sylvia exited the car, Sebastian urged her, “Madam, please hurry up. Isabel is having a fever and she’s been wanting to see you.”

Sylvia became anxious after learning what had happened. She immediately ran into the house and headed to Isabel and Liam’s room.

The doctor and Aunt Tonya were standing to one side while Odell sat beside the bed with a grim look on his face.

On the bed, Isabel was hugging Liam, her face was flushed as she sobbed uncontrollably.
