Chapter 1836

Caprice felt sulky and frowned.

The car jerked to motion and drove out of the university as they headed toward Glanchester.

The drive would take at least three hours.

At first, Caprice was quite energetic after getting a full night’s rest. However, it was so quiet in the car that sleepiness eventually set in.

Her head drooped as if her neck could no longer support the weight of her head. Soon, her body tilted to the side until it hit a cushion. It was the perfect amount of softness that she quickly drifted to sleep after that.

When she woke up again, she realized that she had been leaning against Liam's shoulders the entire time. It seemed like at some point during her sleep, she had inched toward him and was almost sitting next to him.
