“Don’t you dare, Zoe!”

Kyle glared at Zoe fiercely, searching for an opportunity to take the gun from her.

Blair sat in the chair as if he could not sense the danger approaching. He stared at her with cold eyes. “If you kill me, you won’t leave this place alive.”

“I did want to kill you, but I suddenly changed my mind.”

Earlier, she stood at the door and overheard Blair and Kyle’s conversation.

Regardless of Blair’s reason, he was protecting Mable.

Thus, it seemed he still had feelings for Mable, even if it was just a modicum.

Zoe lowered the gun in her hand and showed him a cold smile. “Not only will I not kill you, but I’ll also tell you two facts.”

Blair raised his brows, his expression dark. “What do you want to say?”

Zoe looked at him. “I’m the one who stole X’s confidential information. Mable had no knowledge of this whatsoever. I deliberately called her to the airport, knocked her out, and took her away to make you believe we were working together.”
