Chapter 18 - Sorrow

KEISHA'S vision was a blur. The house was spinning and her balance was wobbly. She couldn't contain her posture, her back was hunched and she was struggling to walk. It was as if she was reliving a memory that she almost could never recover from. After talking to that man, she only managed to stay calm so the brothers and everyone else wouldn't find her suspicious.

After walking to her room, that's when everything fell into pieces. Including her. She gasped for air as voices in her head mumbled words about her parent's assassination. Her body fell to the ground after trying to walk to her bed and she clenched her heart, trying to bear the pain.

(He tortured them! He killed them!) Her thoughts engulfed her.

A few years back, she believed that man was killed off. She felt at ease, and her worries vanished. But to see him in the flesh, talking and laughing while mocking her, her soul shut off. He is the reason she is here today.
