"Fabian, it's been a long time..." She said it in a sweet voice, took a step forward, and kissed Fabian on the cheeks. Then she looked at me and smiled. "Your wife was my college friend, and we ran into each other at Starbucks. I was shocked to find out that she's married to someone like you,"

Fabian cleared his throat and sighed, "Well, I thought you were living in London for good and there you are, you're back,"

"Yes, of course, I was raised here in Italy before the tragedy," She smiled bitterly, and I coughed as I looked at my husband. Right now, he seems tense and puts his hand in his pocket.

"Well, Carina, it's good to see you." Then he came over to me and asked, "Can I talk to you for a minute, alone?"

"I'll be back, Carina," I said with a smile and a nod of the head.

"I'll wait for ya! I'll be in your garden!" She walked to the backyard with her hands on her back, looking like she was amazed by how the Villa looked.
