29. Dinner with the Malions

In the evening, Angeline and Hugo went out to buy some groceries at the supermarket. They returned with meat, sausages, assorted seafood, and chili sauce. Angeline brought out the grill from the kitchen while Hugo called the others to come over. They were going to have a small party tonight.

Several werewolves came out of the house and were seen milling around the packhouse. Gwenna was the first to come to Hugo's house. The ginger-haired woman with freckles on her cheeks was dressed in a brown knit bodycon. She was a doctor in the pack and Dave's confidante as well.

Gwenna was surprised when she first saw Angeline. But she immediately helped the luna organize the grilling equipment.

"Are you coming too?" Angeline asked, her eyes scanning her appearance up and down.

From her tone, Gwenna wasn't sure Luna was happy she would be joining the party tonight, but Gwenna forced an amiable smile, "Yes, Luna. Hugo called me earlier to tell me to come."

"I brought wine for the others too.
