Lucy's pov;

At school, while I was doing my assignment, Casey tapped on my shoulders saying, "What are you doing here?" And leaned closer taking a look at my notebook and continued, "Wasn't this due next Friday?"

"Yeah, but I have nothing to do anyways."

She took the notebook away from me saying, "Then hangout with us today."

"I'm not in a condition to go anywhere. Give me back my notebook."

She touched my forehead and pressed my shoulders, arms like checking for a weapon.

"What are you doing?"

"Everything is its place. Let's hangout together."

I took the notebook from her saying, "I can't. I have a meeting with the discipline committee after school."

She talked with her gang and said to me, "We'll wait for you."

I shook my head asking, "Don't wait and waste your time for me. The meeting may extend because someone filed a report."

She put her hands over my shoulders saying, "It's alright. We'll wait. Because that's what friends do." And gave me a smile before going to her squad.
