Chapter 5

Yasmin POV

It's been almost an hour since I accompanied Naomi as she cried over the annoying lecturer in her boarding room. Since earlier I've been trying to win her over but she keeps crying and swearing at the woman who was photographed at the wedding which was spread this afternoon. In all the time I've known and been friends with Naomi, this is the first time she's been this angry.

"I swear if I meet that girl, I'll pull her hair out until she's bald!!" 

I immediately touched my hair when I heard Naomi's threat. Oh my gosh, it's not even anything yet I can already imagine how painful it is. Moreover, when Naomi speaks again, she will not only grab the woman in the photo, she will also slap her and, if necessary, finish her off. Instantly I felt weak, even swallowing was very difficult. How annoying is Naomi to that annoying lecturer that she has become this scary? What if he finds out that the woman in the photo is me? I can't imagine it.

"Yasmin, basically you have to help me find out who that girl is. I really want to snatch her when I meet her! You want to help me, right?"

Suddenly I immediately looked up as soon as the sentence came out of Naomi's mouth. How could I possibly help him find himself? I have to turn myself in and tell him that girl is me, right? No! I'm not ready to lose my hair.

"Yasmin! Did you hear me? You don't want to help me find out who that girl is, right? How come you're not loyal to your friend? Even though I always help you get close to Keenan."

I took a deep breath, confused about what to answer. Instead of Naomi thinking anything wrong, I'd better just say yes first. "Yeah, don't worry, I'll help you."

"Thanks, Yas. You really are my best friend. Anyway, when that girl meets you, you also have to teach her a lesson."

I just nodded in resignation. Not long after, I saw my cell phone vibrate. I saw that annoying lecturer had just contacted me. Actually, he had contacted me a long time ago but I didn't want to pick up at all. Because of him now I'm in trouble. However, it seemed that the annoying lecturer didn't give up, he sent me another message which managed to make me immediately scream in surprise, causing Naomi to immediately turn towards me.

"What's wrong? Who did the chat come from to make you so surprised?"

"No, it's nothing," I replied tensely.

The annoying lecturer seemed really bored of life. He might send me a message and say that now he is in front of Naomi's boarding house. What does he actually want? The problem of wedding photos isn't over yet, now he want to add more problems. Because I didn't want him to be reckless here, I finally said goodbye to going home to Naomi. I would be lying if my father asked me to go home now otherwise my pocket money would be cut. Luckily Naomi believed.

"Yasmin, really. She didn't pick up on the call, just read the chat. Looks like she wants me to approach her. OK, if that's what you want, Yasmin."

Currently, Raga is in the parking lot of Naomi's boarding house. Earlier, after finishing teaching, he intended to take Yasmin home with him because he was afraid that the girl would hang out with her friends again in a forbidden place after she had finished her discharge. But when he was looking for Yasmin, one of his friends said that Yasmin had gone home with Naomi. His friend also said that usually Yasmin likes to stop by Naomi's boarding house. After getting the address of Naomi's boarding house, Raga immediately followed her.

Raga contacted Yasmin several times. The man also sent messages when he was in front of Naomi's boarding house, but Yasmin did not respond to his calls and messages at all. Because he couldn't wait, Raga finally decided to go to Naomi's room.

Just a few steps out of his car, Raga saw Yasmin walking towards him. Arriving in front of Raga, Yasmin immediately pulled the man into the car before anyone saw them. Moreover, many of the students where Raga teaches live there.

"Are you crazy?! Why did you come here? Do you really want me to cut off your valuable assets?!" Yasmin shouted angrily. The girl had only just closed the car door but was immediately angry.

Hearing the threat come out of Yasmin's mouth again, Raga snorted. It seemed like Yasmin really liked threatening him like that. "Go ahead if you want to cut it. Are you ready to see it?" Raga asked while smiling mischievously. The man raised his eyebrows and teased Yasmin.

"So when do you want to? Now? OK, I'll help you take off my pants--, Akh Yasmin is sick!!" 

Yasmin stared angrily at the man she had just hit on the head with her bag. "You annoying lecturer! Uncle pedophile!! Just get out of this world!!"

While grimacing, Raga rubbed his head, which felt very sore from Yasmin's blow just now. In his heart the man was thinking about what was in Yasmin's bag until his head hurt so much when the girl hit him with her bag.

"You yourself said you wanted to cut off mine. As a good man, I just want to help you. Where did you go wrong? And what's in your bag? My head hurts so much."

Yasmin did not respond to Raga's question asking what was in her bag. The girl looked back at the man beside her angrily. The main focus at the moment is to resolve the problem of their wedding photos being spread without causing new problems.

"Never mind about that!"

"About what? What's in the bag?" Raga asked.

"Raga!! Can you just be serious for a moment? I'm having a headache right now!!"

"Are you dizzy? Come here, do you want me to give you a massage? Or do you want to go to the hospital?!"

"Raga!!”

Raga immediately fell silent, covering his head with both hands as Yasmin lifted her bag again, preparing to throw a second punch. 

"You can't really take a joke."

"You're so stupid!! I swear I really hate you! Because of you, I'm in danger of going bald!! Anyway, I don't want to know, you have to solve the problem of our wedding photos being spread around. I don't want to know either, just don't let anyone find out." we're married!!"

"I already know how to solve that problem," Raga replied, managing to make Yasmin immediately look at him. 

"Anyway, tomorrow I'll finish everything. You just have to know it's done."

The next day Raga returned to teach in Yasmin's class. Since earlier the man has been busy explaining the material he is teaching, but it seems that almost all of his students, especially the girls, don't seem to be paying attention to him at all. They were all busy resting their heads on the table while daydreaming. This of course made Raga quite annoyed, the man felt that he was not appreciated at all.

Raga slowly placed the marker he used earlier on the table. The man stood facing his students with both hands in his trouser pockets. "Is there anything you want to ask about the material I just explained?" he asked, aiming to provoke anyone who had been paying attention to him. But apparently no one made a sound, even the men were silent.

A sigh just came out of Raga's mouth, the man tried to control his emotions. He didn't want to get angry in front of his students.

"Naomi, can you explain what I just explained?" He then asked Naomi. Usually Naomi is the first to ask if Raga teaches her class.

Naomi lazily looked up, looking at Raga who was now looking at her. "We were all on study strike until Mr. Raga explained about the wedding photos."

Again, for the second time Raga took a deep breath. He didn't expect the photo to have such an impact on his work. There was no other choice, he had to explain everything rather than be reprimanded for making his students break down from studying.

"Okay, if that's what you want. I'll explain about the photo."

"Really? Does that mean it's true that it's Mr. Raga's photo?" Said one of the other students.

Raga was silent, the man glanced at Yasmin who looked surprised by what he had just said. It was predictable that the girl was cursing in her heart.

"I will explain everything but on one condition. After this you are not allowed to go on study breaks again. Do you want to promise?"

Everyone seemed to nod. Some of them immediately created stories on social media about Raga which would explain the wedding photos that were circulating yesterday. Not long after, several other female students from different classes and faculties immediately rushed to the class to watch the handsome lecturer's explanation. Even several female lecturers who also admired him came.

Seeing so many people coming made Yasmin even more panicked. "Damn it! That annoying lecturer is really tired of life, I think. Stupid! I shouldn't have believed him yesterday. So this is what he said, he wanted to finish everything?" Yasmin thought.

"Ekhem, excuse me sir. I want to say goodbye to the toilet," said Yasmin. It's better to leave first, right than to end up being ganged up on by Raga lovers?

"Where are you going, Yas? Just hold on for now. Anyway, you have to join in grabbing the girl, if for example the girl in the photo is here," said Naomi.

Yasmin swallowed hard. There is no other choice but to surrender. "I'll end up pulling all of my hair later. Just watch out, you annoying lecturer, I'm really going to cut off all of yours until there's nothing left," she thought as she stared intently at Raga.

Since earlier, Raga has been aware of Yasmin's anxiety. Even the man was aware that Yasmin was currently staring at him intently. That girl really looked like someone who wanted to kill her right now.

"Come on, sir, hurry up! We can't wait!" Shouted one of the students outside the class.

"Okay, I'll explain everything. The photo that was spread is really my photo."

“Fuck!! Damn body!! "I'll kill you, Raga, if you dare reveal everything," thought Yasmin.

"And the woman in the photo is my ex-wife. That is a photo of my wedding with my ex-wife 5 years ago. Now she and I are divorced, more precisely 2 years ago we divorced."

"What do you mean, Mr Raga? So Mr Raga is a widower?" Naomi asked.

Raga nodded "That's right. I'm a widower. I'm sorry in advance, maybe this fact makes you all feel disappointed in me. From the start I also didn't want to be in this position, being crazy about you guys. But what can I do? I've tried to ignore it but you guys keep chasing me . Once again, I am sorry."

"It's okay, sir. Even though Mr. Raga is a widower, I still like him. The important thing is that now Mr. Raga is single. Being a widower is actually attractive, he's like a sugar daddy," shouted one of the students who was immediately agreed by the others.
