Charlene POV

I rubbed my head as I fluttered my eyes open. I rolled to the other side. I noticed that it was empty and surprisingly cold. My head pounded as If I was hit by a hammer. I stood up from the bed and looked around hoping to see a sign of Dominic but he was nowhere to be found.

‘’Dominic,’’ I called for him but his presence was no longer in the room and it seemed that he was nowhere to be found. Even though I had a drink like a maniac last night, I could still remember a few things about what had happened between us. Dominic and I had made love and that was the first time he had shown his passionate side. Our past sex couldn’t be considered as something romantic because each time we always have sex, he never allows me to touch him and would continue to say crazy things about me but last night was special.
