CHAPTER 5: THE OFFER

THIRD PERSON POV

After his work, one of Alexander's fling called him so he invited her to his condo because he is a bit bored and tired so he wants some relaxation and he knows that only a girl can satisfy him now.

Alexander is a playboy because he never entered a serious relationship since his ex-girlfriend left him.

That is why since then, he has never committed to a girl and only plays with different girls especially when he is bored.

"Aahhh…" the girl moaned while she was doing a hot session with Alexander while he was on top of her pounding so hard.

Alexander is so good in bed that is why there are a lot of girls chasing him and begging him to take them into bed.

He is almost there and he simply wiped his sweat on his face when someone knocked on his door all of a sudden.

He just frowned and immediately got irritated because someone is disturbing them from what they are doing right now.

"Finish it quick bro, I have something important to tell you," someone said behind the door.

And Alexander already knew who the person was and he just burst out a curse and continued his business besides they were almost done with their session.

“Tsk, what do you need from me Axel?"

"You know what, you are really in good timing and you are just lucky because I successfully finished my release or else I will definitely punch your face hard,” Alexander simply said with an irritated voice because his younger brother just disturb him earlier.

His girl already left his condo because she has no choice.

That is why she is so annoyed and frustrated because she did not stay longer with Alexander.

“HAHAHA, relax bro. I am here to remind you about your inheritance because dad said you need to get married as soon as possible to ensure your future."

"And I just don’t want him to force me to get married instead of you so if you don’t want to make dad do the work for you, then you have to hurry and find a girl to marry,” Axel simply reminded Alexander about his inheritance.

Well, Alexander already knew that matter but the thing is he can’t find a perfect woman to marry.

Because even though he is a playboy and has a lot of girls, he still doesn't want to marry a random girl because he doesn't want to have a problem in the future.

“Don’t worry about that because my assistant already gave me a list of women that I can possibly marry but I just did not check it yet,” Alexander simply said with a bored tone.

Because if he will be the one who can decide, he will not get married yet and just enjoy his life being single.

But he has no choice because that is what his father wants in exchange of his full inheritance.

“Hays, what took you so long bro? How about the woman earlier, don’t you want her to be your wife?"

"And also, I am sure that you have a lot of girls so why don’t you just choose among your flings so that your problem will be solved?” Axel just suggested.

But Alexander immediately shook his head as a sign of disagreement because he doesn’t really like that idea.

“Tsk, I don’t want to marry those kind of girls because they are just all after my money and they are just for bed to satisfy my lust and nothing really more than that,” Alexander honestly said with a serious voice.

Because he is just telling the truth to Axel and he still want to marry a girl who is decent enough and really deserving to be his wife and no one on his flings passed his criteria.

"You know what, you are so picky bro so I am just hoping that you will find a girl that you can marry as soon as possible because I am just concerned with you."

"Ofcourse, you already know our dad, he hates waiting so if you want to have your inheritance, then get married immediately before dad change his mind and give to me the inheritance instead, HAHAHA,” Axel simply said while laughing.

Because he is just teasing Alexander but the truth is he is not really interested with the inheritance because he just want to have a simple life.

That is why he has no position in their company because it is his choice so he just let his brother manage their company.

“Tsk I know, so you don’t have to get worried about me because I can handle that matter so you better leave my condo now before I will lose my patience with you, understand that?” Alexander just said to Axel with a warning tone.

So Axel just shook his head and laughed at his brother because he really has a short patience with him every time.

NATASHA POV

“Hey Natasha, are you with me?” Mr. Montilva asked me and that made me come back to reality.

Damn, I have been really absent minded since I came to work today because I am still problematic about money that I should find by today because I need to pay the down payment to the hospital.

I am just thankful that my mother had a successful operation and she is already stable now.

She gains consciousness and they transfer her to a private room and she needs to stay at the hospital for a few days to monitor her condition.

That is why I am sure that we will need money again when she can go home already.

I seeked help from my best friends and they already lent me their extra money but it is still not enough for my mother's hospital bills so I am now going crazy on thinking where can I find money.

I heaved a sigh, my life really sucks now.

“Ahm I’m sorry sir, what are you saying again?” I just asked Mr. Montilva with an apologetic face because I am not focusing on my work now.

He just frowned and heaved a sigh before answering my question to him.

“I said, have you already finished the report that I told you to work on?” he simply repeated his question to me.

Shocks! I am not finished yet with that because I am so preoccupied with my problem that is why I can’t focus on my work.

I just heaved a sigh with just the thought of it.

“Ahm, I’m sorry sir but can you give me more time to finish it because I am not yet done with it sir,” I admitted to him.

And I just got shy because I am so irresponsible and I am feeling that I am not being a good and efficient secretary with him.

“Oh is that so? It’s okay Natasha you can finish it by tomorrow but are you okay?"

"You seemed to have something in your mind. Do you have a problem? You know, you can tell me because maybe I can help you,” he simply asked me with a worried face.

And I don’t know why I felt like I found a solution to my problem all of a sudden because he is right, maybe he can help me.

Besides he has a lot of money so maybe I can borrow with him right?

I heaved a deep sigh and swallowed my pride even if it is so embarrassing because I have no choice now.

“Ahm sir, the thing is I have a big problem. You remember yesterday?"

"I left because my mother got hospitalized and now I have to pay for her bills at the hospital but I don’t know where I should find the money,” I just admitted to him with a shy face.

“Ohh yeah I remember it, so how was your mom? Is she already alright?” he just asked me curiously.

I took a deep breath, it is really embarrassing to borrow money from my boss but I don’t know anyone who has money that can help me with my problem besides my boss.

“She is already stable, sir. Praise to God. It is just that, we need a huge amount of money to pay for her hospital bills."

"And I don’t know where should I find that money that is why I can’t focus on my work now because of my problem,” I just said to him.

And he just nodded to me as a response and I don’t really know what is running into his mind right now.

He looked at me from head to toe and nodded consecutively and a small grin formed on his lips all of the sudden.

“Ahm you know what, I think I can help you with your problem and you just need to do something for me. How about that?” he asked me.

And I don’t know why I felt relieved all of a sudden because there is already a chance that my problem will be solved now.

“Really sir? Will you help me? Then what can I do for you sir?” I happily asked him.

And I am just hoping that he will really help me with my problem because I really need money right now.

“I have an offer with you and I will give you money in one condition.” He cutted his sentence and looked at me intently.

I don’t know why my heart starts to beat faster all of a sudden.

Damn, what is happening to me really?

I immediately shook my head to brush away what I am thinking now.

“Ahm what is it sir?” I simply asked him with a curious look.

And I patiently waited for his answer because I am getting nervous about it all of a sudden just to be honest here.

“Marry me and be my wife Natasha,” he just said with a serious voice and my eyes literally got big now.

What did he just say?! Did I hear it correctly?
