Chapter 183: Let's Tell Brother Ryan!

"Christ, let’s go back! Do not be like a child," Cherry said as she looked at him, grabbed his sleeve, and tugged.

"What do you mean? I am going to be a father; do you think I can be as calm as you?" Christian exclaimed in joy, held onto her shoulders, and hugged her tight. "Let’s go and tell brother Ryan; I bet he would be really happy to hear this." He stated that he had been depressed for years and that this news would lift his spirits.

Just as Lucy had lived her life for Cherry all this time, Ryan had made Cherry a reason to live.

"I'm sure you are right, let’s go see him," Cherry grinned and shared his sentiments; she also desired for her brother to experience happiness, let go of the past, and begin a new life. However, she was aware that if she was unable to let go of all those memories, how could he? He had loved Lucy after all. She might also try to imagine herself unable to have survived if she had not been with Christian.
