Kiara's pov

I stared at my suspension letter over and over again as the elevator started going down. It was almost as if I was hoping that by giving out enough I would be able to rearrange the letters that have been waiting there but it wasn't possible.

Tears were welling up in the corner of my eyes but I would not allow myself to shed them at least not in public, as I had worked pastor cubicles my co-workers had done very little to hide the excitement that I was no longer going to be working there for at least 2 weeks they looked so pleased and some people almost laughed out loud.
