What just happened?

Luliyah was frozen in place for a few minutes until she could hear the sound of the shower coming from the bathroom. The splashing of the water made her wake up from her reverie.

When she was about to walk towards the bed, the view of the lake from the window that Kelvin was seeing earlier seemed to attract her. The lake looked very calm. The surface was clear that it bore the reflection of the moon hanging high in the sky. It was a very beautiful sight and it probably should calm her down.

In contrast to the lake that looked calm, Luliyah's heart felt chaotic. All of this was because of Kelvin's existence. The man was cold, mysterious and terrifying. For some reason, her heart felt chaotic when she was near him.

Especially when he approached her earlier, with his shirt buttons slightly opened.

Luliyah waved her hand above her head, as if trying to get rid of the thought out of her mind. What was she thinking now? I'm I out of my mind?
