My body is like a doll attached by dozens of ropes moved by that man. The strings impacted my body unconsciously, and I could see that I am already sitting in Eros's black sports car.
“Rope?” Seeing my whole body, all the ropes that tied me just now had disappeared, I gave a strange look at Eros in the steering seat. He's as confused as me even though he's moving my body himself. “You!”
“What? What rope?” Eros Darwin even asked me back. His face looked confused, like a completely innocent person.
“I saw the rope move my body just now.”
“You freaky woman! There's no rope. Early in the morning, you screamed about ghosts are now ropes. It would be best to have eyes checked by a doctor or went to a psychiatrist instead. I am giving you sincere advice so that others don't think you are crazy and think of the other neighbors as ghosts.” He said with no guilt.
Eros Darwin is giving advice that piercing my heart. Just hearing it made me quite sad, and I wanted to rip those sexy lips. I am still sane, and my eyes are not a problem. Earlier I moved like a doll, or is it all just my hallucinations?
“I want to get off!” Honestly, I'm scared if I have to be alone in the car with this strange man. I don't even know his background and even the work of him. “Ah!”
Before I could open the car door, Eros drove his car with a face full of rejection. He doesn't want me to get out of his car.
“Hey! I said I wanted to get out of the car. Why did you speed up the car?! Stop, I want to get off!” Eros Darwin glanced at me for a moment, then shifted his gaze forward to focus on the steering wheel. I don't know why I feel like he's annoyed at the moment, or it's just me who is too feeling. He continued to drive through the road's crowd since earlier no red lights were blocking the car's speed, so Eros Darwin continued to drive his car to focus on looking ahead without noticing my face, which was now turning white.
“I'm going to throw up!” I feel nausea. Probably because of my fear of this man next to me and also the speed of the car. Strangely, Eros Darwin drove his car towards Samuel Wijaya's office.
“Noisy!”
My head is dizzy, and I'm getting nauseous. My hands pressed against my stomach area to prevent me from vomiting in Eros Darwin's car. Increasingly, my vision is getting blurry. My eyelids were getting heavier; I could feel my body floating in the air.
The darkness has enveloped the entire place where I was floating. I can feel it even though my eyes are closed—a moment later, a white light bursts out from several gaps. I want to open my eyes, but I still can't feel like my eyes have been stuck on a piece of duct tape. My hands don't even have the strength to move.
“Make a wish, Kanya.”
That voice. A voice that made my body tremble hard, a voice that made me feel my body again. This time I was trying to open my eyes slowly by forcing my eyelids to lift.
The dazzling light from the shed cracks in my dream that I saw for the first time when these eyelids were half-open. I had another dream, but this time I was floating in the air.
This warehouse used to look dark with dim lighting from the moonlight that forced its way through the tiny space of some leaking walls and roofs. I can see the situation of the warehouse in my recurring dreams.
Some parts of the roof leaked and were penetrated by sunlight. The surrounding place was dazzled yet still seems dark because this warehouse is very closed, dusty, and seemingly unkempt like a haunted house in horror movies.
My body was stretched out, still floating in the air. I couldn't see Eros's position in my current state. I wanted to scream, but there I am, like a mute person, which my voice wouldn't come out even to open my mouth was utterly incapable of it.
“Make a wish, Kanya!”
Eros's voice grew weaker. I can hear the moaning pain from his tone. Unlike before, he would walk like a model giving me a knife casually without any sound of pain.
“Eros.” My head could turn to the left. I found Eros kneeling on the ground with a face in great pain. It didn't seem very nice when those eyes caught sight of me. “Eros!” I shouted in a loud voice.
I can talk again. “Put me down!” My body is still floating in the air and trying my hardest so that I can turn around and try to reach Eros. “Put me down, Eros! Wait, this must be just another dream. Didn't I ride in your car?!”
“Kanya, make ... a wish.”
Eros Darwin kept trying his best to endure the pain while repeating the words he had uttered so many times in a nightmare over and over that invaded my logic.
“No! It must be another nightmare. I don't want anymore!” Then shaking my head as hard as I couldn't accept this nightmare anymore, my heart was beating fast when I noticed that Eros's left chest was covered in blood, but there was no trace of the weapon stuck in his chest.
“No! It wasn't me.” I dodged it many times because I wasn't the cause of the wound that he suffered.
“Kanya, please!” He said helplessly.
Never have I seen Eros Darwin become as helpless as he is today. When I stabbed him many times, he wasn't as painful as now. Who did that to him? Who could make Eros feel such pain and helplessness, and why does it feel like dozens of daggers are stabbing my heart?
My eyes started to shed tears that I don't know why. “That's enough! I don't want anymore! Last night I had a nightmare, now that annoying nightmares have come again. It wasn't me! I didn't stab you.”
“Ah!” Eros Darwin cried out in pain, and it broke my heart even more by hearing his painful screams.
What should I do?
Suddenly a dagger appeared on Eros Darwin's left chest. The dagger wasn't there before. Why is it stuck in his left chest now? It made me even more confused while I was still floating myself in the air.
“Cough.” Eros spat out a mouthful of black blood. His left hand was placed on the ground, while his right hand pressed against the stabbed chest area.
Eros Darwin looked at me with sad eyes. Those eyes made my heart even more torn into pieces, and I don't think it can be treated easily. Pain! I can feel the pain through that sad gaze.
I gasped for breath when I watched Eros vomiting blood again. The blood grew blacker and more. Blood from his chest kept flowing, and Eros Darwin's hand slowly grabbed the handle of the knife. And a few moments later, when our eyes looked into each other; Eros pulled out the knife that was stuck in his left chest with his hand.
His blood immediately spurted out, and he fell to the cold ground.
“Eros!”
