Magnus' POV

"Kill her! Kill her!" I had the gun aimed at that moment, with Vanna in front of me. She was bound and blindfolded.

"Shit!" My hand was shaking at that time.

"What are you waiting for!? Kill her!" said the people behind me. I couldn't bear to do it, so I closed my eyes while pressing the trigger.

A gunshot rang out. Following that shot, I jolted awake in bed.

I rubbed my face and looked around. Vanna was by my side, peacefully asleep.

"Damn it!" I muttered, carefully getting out of bed. It was then I realized it was all just a dream. We had stopped at a brothel, and Vanna and I decided to look for a rental house near the resort tomorrow morning. I tripped over a bottle of alcohol that was scattered on the floor. If I remember correctly, I had been drinking earlier; we both decided to rest because Vanna said she was experiencing some abdominal pain.
