CHAPTER 62

VALENCIA'S POV

‘‘Are you okay!?’’ Luke's voice came in my ears but I was holding my head tightly, feeling Immense pain in my head.

‘‘I think something fell in the kitchen!! I'll go and check it.’’ The old man said, going behind me— towards the kitchen.

‘‘Is something wrong, Valencia? Are you okay? Do you need a doctor?’’ Noah asked, but I quickly showed them my palm, stopping them.

‘‘Just silent.’’ I murmured softly, holding my head with one hand and searching for my pills in my jacket with another. I found it in my inner jacket's pocket.

I took out a pill and put it in my mouth, and was about to grab the glass of water but Luke had already taken the glass and put it near my lips.

‘‘Drink it.’’ He said in a low tone, holding the glass. I nodded and took a sip from the water, gulping down the pill.

I waited for 2 minutes, as the pill takes two minutes to show effect and reduce the headache. When I looked up, I saw Luke and Noah looking at me silently but their eyes were…. worried.
