Take a break and give your soul what it needs

Narrator point of view

The chirping of birds  and the jingling sound of the wind chime can be heard  freely in Theo's house. The weather is completely accurate today neither too cold nor too hot. The sun shine brightly providing a warm feeling to the people walking on nearby footpaths. Tanya is still sleeping soundly with a small smile on her face and covering herself  properly with the comfortable and fluffy duvet. Joey came all dresses up in a casual T-shirt and jeans in order to wake but now he is unable do to so because she is looking a new born baby while sleeping. It's been ten minutes he tried to wake her up but Tanya being Tanya opened her eyes a little bit and said just two minutes more. Alina came in her room and was amazed to find her still sleeping as in the first week she was unable to sleep or she use to hardly sleep. Alina went towards her bed and taking her head in her lap she gently began stroking Tanya's hair. Yawning loudly Tanya opened her eyes and mouthed good morning to both Alina and Joey. After kissing her on forehead Alina told her to freshen up .

Tanya (P.O.V)

After getting a short bath I hurriedly dressed up as aunt told me she and uncle want are going to take me on a tour of some famous places here . Well, today is Saturday which means no school Thank God after that quarrel with the bad boys of the school that too on the first day it would have been very awkward for me to go to school today. After doing my daily routine which include praying for the peace of my family soul and taking lord blessing. My eyes wandered on the dress which I was wearing as selected by Joey well it's good not too flashy and comfortable which I like.



For me comfort come before fashion. Hurriedly braiding my hair in a two sided fish tail by Aunt Ellie(house maid) as besides a simple braid I cannot do any other hairstyle. Thanking her for the help I hurriedly descended the stairs. Uncle and aunt along with Joey was waiting for me . We decided to go to some famous places in Florence and Venice. The whole ride was so exciting that I could barely keep up with my excitement. First we visited lake como which was a blessing to my eyes.



After spending some time there we headed to Uffizi gallery which was huge and it depicted the Italian culture and architecture.





The front of the gallery was so beautiful with exotic colours. The painting which stood out of me was of Medusa depicting the horror which followed after she was cursed.



Then uncle drove us to a nearby restaurant famous for its italian cuisine. The aroma of food made my stomach grumble indicating the need of devour those dishes. Uncle ordered a pizza, chocolate milkshake, vanilla milkshake, strawberry milkshake, lasagna, pasta and cheesecake.

















After eating and seeing the alluring view of sunset we decided to head back. On the whole it was one hel* tiring Saturday. After getting home I wished everyone good night and headed straight to bed after video calling Zainab.

Joey (P.OV)

Tanya enjoyed her day to the best she is literally the best thing ever happened to me after my family and my annoying older brother. During the whole time I was ensuring that no boy or men touch her knowingly. She is just crazy she has a thing for knowing how to drive but is sacred to try. On our way home she was the one who drove while I was sitting in the back seat. She handed so well for a teenager who was driving for the first time. After chatting  with her for a few minute I get to know that she is hiding something. She told me about the whole school incident . Instead of scolding her I felt proud for her to standing up to that mere boys. I just want her to live her life according to her ways.
