She was still crying, holding her unborn baby's gravestone. Blaze put a comforting hand on Eva's shoulder, offering his support in her time of grief. "I know it's hard, but as hard as it is for you, it's hard for him; you lost one baby, and she lost two," Blaze said softly.

"It was on this grave that his lifeless body laid soaked in blood when Alexander's father's men attacked Rafael. He was unarmed and had just come to see his babies, as he often did after you left, whenever he felt lonely. A mother's feelings are understood by everyone, but a father's feelings are understood only by him because fathers don't show their emotions," he said.

Eva stood up and said, "Rafael was attacked; why didn't you tell me before?" She grabbed Blaze's collar.
