Chapter 5: New Home!

"Where are we going?", Lilian asked after thinking a lot. As now her life is bound with this man, she must have the right to know what concerns her.

"We are going to the Xarxe city; you will know when we reach there," Evan said without looking at her. He felt a bit guilty for taking her away from her home. However, only this way would he be able to protect her.

Lilian went to the window and, for the last time, looked at the place where she had grown up. There are chances that she will never be able to set foot on Vega. However, if she has to do it for her parents safety, it would be all good. Evan waited for Lilian, and they boarded the plane. Lilian was feeling a bit emotional, so she refused to talk until suddenly she broke her silence.

"What would it take to spare me?" Lilian asked while looking at Evan with her golden eyes. The golden eyes clashed with the dark black eyes, and they stared at one another without blinking at all.

Evan understood it was also a game with his little kitty, so he also decided to play along. He just gave up when his little kitty was at her limit.

"I won! Yay! You must answer my question now! Say, when are you going to let me go?" Lillian asked and took a sip of juice to moisten her throat. She talked too much today and also missed her breakfast, so she is a bit hungry.

"I will let you go when I am too bored to play with you," Evan said. Everything, like Lilian, is just a plaything to him. This answer made Lilian mad, and she cursed Evan loudly like there would be no tomorrow.

Evan felt happy with Lilian's response and said in his heart," I would never be bored of you. So you will be mine in this life! If there were another life, I would always find you faster than anyone and make you mine. If there is an afterworld, you would be mine there too. If you are sent to hell, I will accompany you. If I were sent to hell, you would accompany me. I would make you fall head over heels with me."

However, no one heard such a speech, so no one would be able to say how much Evan loves Lilian. He became obsessed with her.

Lilian said, after thinking a lot," I still have to complete my college. Can I have permission to attend college? Studying is my passion and life."

"Yes, you can. I will transfer you here. So don't worry, you can continue your study as much as you want." Evan said this and touched Lilian's hand lightly.

Lilian was happy with the fact that she could continue her studies. At least she won't lose her freedom, but a cold bucket of water fell on her when she heard what Evan said.

"You can go wherever you want, but there will be guards following you so that you won't be able to run away, so don't be too happy." Evan said without batting his eyes. He would never let her run away from him.

"You Shameless Bastard! How dare you limit my freedom?" Lilian said it in an angry voice. She continued to curse for an unknown amount of time.

After the plane started, Lilian felt sleepy. She lost herself in the dream world, which only belongs to her. But she failed to notice the fact that Evan's eyes were always on her. She slept soundly while Evan continued his work.

Evan looked at the serene face of the feisty lady and laughed. Today was an eventful day. He never thought he would find his love in Vega. He grew up in XarXe City. It's called the city of crime. When he started to understand, he always had to fight for his life. Before that, he was protected by his Aunt. He lost his mother when she gave birth to him. However, to his father, a woman meant nothing. He moved on as if there was no woman in his life named Raina.

However, Raina was friends with his aunt Laura, so Laura took care of Evan and named him. She can also be called his master's only family!

This little kitty resembles Laura a lot. She doesn't know anything about the world of crime, but still, she didn't think twice when she had to give up her freedom.

Lilian slept till they reached their destination, the city of crime, Xar! The city looked so bright from the window that no one would believe that this city has an uncountable number of sins.

When she stepped out of their cabin, she saw two rows of men in black suits waiting for them. When Evan stepped out, they all shouted, "Master!"

That looked so imposing that Lilian forgot to breathe. She liked the fact that that heartless Evan is like a God here. He can command any of his subordinates to do anything for him.

His face turned serious, and then his subordinates took the hint and shouted again in unison, "Madam!!! Welcome to the city of crime, Xar!"

Lilian didn't know how she should reply; she just nodded and looked at Evan. There is a smile on Evan's face. That smile made him more handsome. Lilian smiled at him unknowingly.

So Lilian's defence started to weaken slowly but surely. That made Evan more happy, and he ordered the pay raises of his subordinates. He already completed his goal to show off his power to his beloved, and he is sure she liked it!

Lilian and Evan left the plane and went out. This time Evan would drive a sports car, as he knew Lilian liked sports cars. He intentionally chose the black sports car, knowing that his beloved likes the colour black! Lilian was feeling tired, but when she saw the sports car, she felt like she was injected with chicken blood and jumped like a child who got her favourite toy.

"Can I drive the car?" Lilian asked while fidgeting with her fingers. Evan smiled and nodded.

Lilian started dancing and sat in the pilot's cockpit.
