IT'S Sunday morning. A profound silence prevailed in our spacious dining room. The only sounds that filled the air are the tickling of the silver wall clock that is placed on where the sun emerge in the morning and the clattering of spoon and fork.

Tito Reugene is the one who broke the silence. "Mama, is there any other way to get the land back to us?"
