“What kind of deal?” Mr Curtis took a seat opposite him while Jessica stood in the corner staring at Jake, crossing arms across her chest.

“Rylie, can you go back to your room?” Jake asked.

“I-I am scared!” She whispered, and Jake’s eyes darted back to her.

“I am here and I am not leaving you alone. Go back to your room and I’ll call you when we have to leave.” He said, and Rylie’s nanny took her away.
