“Ro-Ronan?”

My lips were trembling as I called him. Sweats ran down my spine as my hands curled at the paper behind me, scared that he might notice the paper I'm hiding.

“What the f*ck are you doing here, Belle?” He hissed in irritation.

“I-I… Co-Connor–”

“Go now before someone else sees us.”

I hastily started the engine with shaky hands. I bit my bottom lip, doing my best not to spill the tea right in front of him.

But how did the result change like that? As far as I know, Ronan did a DNA test with Jacob before but I didn't see the result.

How come he accepts Jacob as his own even though he's not the biological father? Did he really know he's not the real father? Did Candice just trick him and told him lies?
