The customer service staff furrowed her eyebrows as she said “Oh sorry Sir, 17C is gone. What about I give you 17H…It’s an aisle seat on the same row but on the other end of the aircraft… It’s still free… Can I quickly pick that seat for you before another Agent at the Check-in counter gives it out? She asked.

“Oh no, please get me 17C. Here is my boarding pass, upgrade whoever is on that seat to take my First-Class seat” He said as he stretched his boarding pass to her.

The lady gasped when she saw that he was a Diamond Card holder with the airline which meant that he was one of the very few people that held such cards.

“Sir, 17C is an Economy-Class Seat,” She said confused. After Economy, we have Business Class, then First Class….. I’m sorry….. I mean….. Do you really have to seat beside the lady on 17A?”
