Alexandra had started sleeping by this time because she wasn’t expecting the Laurents to come back.

Immediately after the girls were brought into the Meeting Room, Kirklin quietly exclaimed “Wow”. Both girls tilted their heads at the same time in his direction and he was in awe as he saw them. They were simply adorable. It was such a beautiful moment for him and he requested to carry them.

He was given an overall to wear as well as a nose mask. He cuddled them in his arms and felt like having them to himself.

He carried both of them at the same time and asked Mrs. Laurent to take a picture of them. He had a sweet feeling when he saw his picture with them. “The girls sure know how to smile,” he said and the adults in the room all laughed at his comment.

It wasn’t long before the twins started to sleep in his arms and they beamed a smile from time to time as they slept. Kirklin laughed lightly when he saw how awesome they looked in his arms.
